Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
My principal made a statement to a teacher in which I overheard my name. Therefore, I asked "What" to find out what was going on. The principal said "it wasn't bad" and proceeded to tell me what was said. In response I said, I was just checking to see if I needed to defend myself. Nothing more was said, but I was written up for insubordination. Was this principal justified in her action?

No one here hear the conversation, tone, or anything else. It is one side of the story, so any guess here won't do you any good. It is also an employment issue, not a legal issue.
