Promisary note

I have a notarized promisary note for $50,000. How do i call it in?

We do not know the terms of the note or agreement. However, assuming it is due, or past due, there is no magic - ask for payment. It arrangements for payment are not agreed upon, send a demand letter with a deadline. At some point, it mayu be worth it to pay a lawyer for an hour or two of time to send a letter. Then, you may have to sue, then collect.
