Huh?

You don't sue for properties. If you are talking about someone who has defaulted on a loan or promissory note, then you sue for the money owed. You recover a money judgment. Whether you can collect on a money judgment will depend on things - who you are suing and what assets they have. There are few personal exemptions in PA but there is no wage garnishment for most debts, like a personal loan. So if you are suing a person for non-payment of money on a loan and recover a judgment, you can levy on the person's bank account (assuming that they do not get exempt funds like Social Security, VA benefits, retirement benefits, worker's comp. or unemployment comp.) and you can seize any assets they own free and clear (land or a home) that is titled solely in their name. You can also seize and have the sheriff any valuable items of personal property like household goods.
