Publishing pictures with unknown or known people
What are the laws concerning people in pictures taken at a cermony program etc. Are releases necessary? What are rules those situation? When are releases necessary?

Generally, speaking, pictures of people in public places are OK. When people reasonably expect a certain amount of privacy, you can run into trouble. However, I would say that people at a wedding, for example, have no reasonable expectation that they will not be photographed.
