Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

Raising my damages from Magistrate to State Court

I have won a personal and business judgement against a client of State Farm Ins. but they are appealing the decision and have filed a bunch of motions.

I want to file a motion to raise the amount Ioriginall asked for since I am no longer bound by the limitations of Magistrate Court(or am I?) The insured has coverage of up to $100,000.
