Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
I would like to know how I receive a reduction on a Continuing Garnishment. I no longer live in the state and I just received a garnishment without notice this morning to my paycheck. Thanks.

Percentages for garnishment are set by law. They cannot be changed or reduced. The one way to stop a garnishment is bankruptcy.
