Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

I'd like recommendations of attorneys (or types of attorneys) that would be able to give further advice on an abusive litigation case.
The defendant signed a contract that stated in clear terms that I would be paid for work. Then I was not paid for the work. I won a magistrate court case, and now the defendants are appealing.
To me, their case is groundless in fact and law, and is therefore also frivolous. Any tips, advice, or recommendations would be appreciated.

If the amount is small, and you are pro se, you're pretty much stuck, as a pro se litigant is unlikely to successfully be able to present this issue.

If the case is large, you may want to meet with a lawyer.

It is unlikely that you have grounds for a frivolous litigation claim. Focus on the breach of contract claim.
