Reimbursement for damages

My 14-years old daughter got a broken nouse because this 15-years old girl hit her when coming from school, Can I sue the girl or parents for damages?

You may have a claim, depending on all the facts (ie, the other girl may have a different story). The obvious first step, if you have not done so, is to contact the parents to discuss it.
