remove of a fence

I have a alley behind my house. Someone have a fence up. How do I get a court to have the fence taking down

If the alley is a public road way, you don't need to go to court. Otherwise you need to file for an injucntion to prevent this person from fencing this alley way. His deed most likey says that he cannot prevent others from using this alley beacuse of various easements. TYou will need to check the deed records.
