how do I remove medical bills my credit history report if they are past the statue of limitation

You are confusing two different issues. Negative credit events stay on your credit seven (or 10 for Ch. 7) years. The statute of limitations is not relevant, and the fact that it is expired does not mean the debt/default did not exist.
