Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

Responsiblity

I was intrested in purchasing a mobile home. The company that had one that I wanted had it set up on my property in April. I found repairs that needed to be made and gave them a list. They said that they would not make the repairs. I told them that I did not want it if they were not going to fix it, or lower the price and I would repair ir myself. The company went bankrupt, the bank own the house, I never signed any papers. The house is still on my property and I made the bank and opffer and they will accept it. My question is who has to pay the contractors? The housse has been pn my property since April.

You make no mention of who the contractors are, what they did, who hired them, etc.
