Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

If I have returned the documents (interrogatories and questions of admittance) to the opposing party's lawyer by certified mail and they didn't sign for them, when delivered, or ever go pick up at the post office and now they are being returned to me. What is obligation now to get them to this person before the court date?
