Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

Hello. My name is Sawyer vickers. My father was recently imprisioned for failure to pay child support. He is scheduled to go to court sometime this week, but his bail was set at $32,500. I am only 13 so I cannot come up with the funds to help him. Is there another way I can help him to get out ASAP?

A 13 year old can't help in a child support case.

For someone to have that high a bond (and probably that is actually the amount he owes) he would almost certainly have to be one of the worst "deadbeat dads" in the state, meaning that he likely has ignored his duty to pay support and refused to cooperate for a long time, possibly years.

The most useful thing you can do is to talk to him, tell him how important supporting you and any other children is, and encourage him to contact family and friends to borrow enough to catch up his support. If he thinks there is an error in math, also encourage him to get a lawyer.
