Serving notice on the Job
I need to take someone to small claims court and I don't have a current address. I do know where they work. The forms for Fulton county ask is this person a resident of Fulton county. I needed to know if I can serve this person on the job which is in Fulton county and take them to court in Fulton county regardless of where they live.
