Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

Small Claim

I'm planning to file a small claim and the only evidence I have of the person acknowledging they owe me money are two text messages. Will this work in court? And will conversing via text be considered stalking?

Re: Small Claim

The judge will probably take the text messages into account. However, I doubt that those will rise to the level of stalking. Consult with a local attorney.

Re: Small Claim

I'm not sure what you mean by "work in court." It will probably be considered along with all other evidence, including testimony. Stalking is a criminal issue.
