Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
I sold a toy hauler camper to someone as is last week. I met him halfway to give it to him and pick up the check. It was sold as is. When I met him he did a thorough search and I told him about the things I had used and had not used. Also showed him a place at the side door that we had repaired. He asked if we had anymore problems we said we had not. Now that he used it for that weekend he sent us a email saying we lied to him the floor at the back door ramp was rotten and the door was fallen off. He wanted us to pay for it. I told him I would send him some money to help with the cost. That was ok. Now he has decided he wants me to come get it and give him his money back. Do I have any legal rights with this. He says he has contacted his lawyer.
