Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

My son purchased a truck from someone who alowed him to make payments. After about 25 days the trucks engine locked up. He tried to make a deal so that he could reduce the payments so that he would be able to get the truck fixed, the guy said no. Then he tried to return the truck and the guy said keep it its yours. He has a court date set and is being sued for the total $2700.00 and court cost. There was a contract for the purchase that list the payments and the total, and that the title will be turned over on final payment.

He bought a truck, breached the contract and owes the money. I don't see a legal question in your post. He owes $2700 plus court costs.
