Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

my son is four years old and goes to pre k at a facility during which 2 little boyd cut his hair off in which he had hair down his back. no action has been yaken on teacher or the children and when i asked parent if they new they dismissed me as they dont care is this a way i can bring charges or a suit against them? and also im wondering if it was a girl or if i was not white would it have been different results please i need some help.

Nothing in your post suggests any serious basis for a lawsuit.

Obviously, you should look for a better supervised day care and stop sending your child to this one. But this is NOT a legal problem.

Are you kidding? What you describe is some misconduct from FOUR YEAR OLDS!! When (not if) your young child does something he should not do, think about whether or not you should get a lawsuit or taken to jail because of it. If you want to offend people and make sure that your child never has playmates, and may never be able to participate in some activities, you will continue to make excuses that anything bad that happens is due to gender or race, or requires threats of legal action. A good parent won't take the risk with you and your child.
