stalking
my child has been getting stalked by this older guy,he's been writing letters and putting money in the letter and telling her not to tell anyone because he will get in trouble for talking to underage girls i did notify the police but nothing has been done yet. what rights do i have

You have taken the most important step by calling the police. Follow up with them. After that, see a lawyer immediately to review the facts and take further action. Your child's immediate safety is not an issue for a website.
