In the state of Georgia, can a credit judgement be held against my spouse bank account if his name is not on the debt

Your question is unclear. I am guessing that you are saying that someone has sued you and won a judgment on an account that your spouse is not on. If you are asking can that creditor go after the spouse's bank account for that debt, the answer is no unless you are also on the account.
