Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
We need to sue SONY Entertainment and need a lawyer ASAP. Sony sent a refurbished playstation to us. We plugged it in and plugged in a controller. The refurbished system ruined our tv, to the point it has lines and blocks everywhere and is unwatchable. Sony tested the playstation 3 and determined it was broken, however will only replace or refund the PS 3 and will not do anything for our Plasma . We paid $2200 for this TV and it is ruined. They are trying to blame our house and outlet. We want to sue them.

Try small claim/magistrate court. Otherwise, you can pay a lawyer far more than the case its worth.
The minimum legal fees for such a case would be more than your damages. You may want to consider a small claims case in Magistrates Court.
