Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
suing a clerk of court notary
If you were going to pursue a lawsuit against a notary who is also clerk of court would you sue them civilly first and hope for a win then hopes of a criminal prosecution or would you file to prosecute them criminally then go after the civil suit second? What can I sue them for damage wise?

If you don't know if you have a case, or what it is for, and believe your questions can be answered with zero facts, it is a very good sign you need a lawyer.

I wouldn't sue anybody without first consulting with a local attorney.
