Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

i got four tickets. unregistered auto-nolo time served. suspended license-nolle prosse. window tint violation-nolle prosse. improper plates-nolo fine reduced. spent 2 weeks in jail for suspended license. license suspension was in error and fault of magistrates court (have documentation). can is still sue for false imprisonment?

Since you already entered a plea, you forfeited any right you might have had in that regard. Next time, hire a lawyer to properly present your defenses.
