Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
I was told that I was let go for violating company policy but was never shown the policy that they claimed I broke nor have I ever been accused, warned or written up for the violations. I was on suspension w/pay until they finish the investigation. I was called in the next afternoon to meet with Hr and was let go at that time. I was not paid but for 1 hr not 8hrs. All my eval up to that point were above and exceptional (I printed them out) all of a sudden today it is one in the computer dated 10/5/15 saying I didn't meet criteria which I never seen nor signed. I was16 let go 2/29/

No reason is required for termination - they can just call you in and terminate you, period, for any or no reason at all (with very few exceptions for such things as unlawful discrimination). You should be paid for all hours you actually worked - your post is not clear about that.
Georgia is an "employment at will" state. That means that unless you have a signed employment contract you can be fired at any time for any reason, or NO reason, with no recourse (unless you were fired for a discriminatory reason - race, sex, religion, national origin, etc.)
