what defines trespassing and how would i give ''proper notification'' to a trespasser?

Re: trespassing

The GA code defines "criminal trespass" in the following code section: "� 16-7-21. Criminal trespass".

You can research GA law at: http://www.legis.state.ga.us/cgi-bin/gl_codes_detail.pl?code=1-1-1 You can take out a warrant for trespassing if you have either (1) put up a "No Trespassing" sign or (2) you can prove that you have given the offender prior notice to stay off your property.
