Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

Wage Garnishment

I was recently served with a wage garnishment but today I received a ''notice of Dismissal of Garnishment'' letter in the mail. What does this mean and what action should I take?

Re: Wage Garnishment

We can't interpret documents we do not have (and it would be dangerous to do so), or tell you what to do or not do. We don't even know whether you are the debtor, employer, or other party in the case. Read the documents carefully, and if you do not understand them, perhaps a lawyer can provide a quick opinion after reading the documents.
