Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

Wells Fargo Home Mortgage

I have been waiting almost eight (8) weeks for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in Duluth, Georgia, to issue a $500 credit to my Visa account. Since the refinancing transaction was voided in October 30, the company is supposed to return the $500 deposit given to allegedly lock in the rate. Telephone calls, email messages, placing the charge in dispute, submitting a formal complaint to the BBB, writing to Peter J Wissinger, CEO. . . all has been done and still nothing has happened. Do customers have any legal recourse to publicly expose companies like Wells Fargo for this type of ''bad faith'' conduct? I know that Consumer Affairs Small Claims handles this kind of complaints, but I want to know what other legal resources I may have to bring this kind of unfair business practices to a higher scale.
