Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

I was wondering who do I need to sue my daughter's cheerleading booster Club which consists of the Tresurer, President and Vice President. Because I advanced the booster club $3000 to pay for the Bus and Driver that was needed to take all the cheerleaders to cheer camp. It was stated in the meeting minutes which I have a copy of that I would be paid back by the end of cheerleading season which has now ended months ago but now they don't want to pay me back..

You omitted the information needed to answer you. Is the club incorporated? If so you sue the corporation, not individuals. If it is an informal group, the answer is complex (it could be you sue EVERY parent, for example). And, what does your promissory note say (you do have one, don't you?)

As a note for future endeavors, it is always foolish to loan people money. Don't do that again. Hopefully you at least got a promissory note, and the club has been properly set up as a legal entity.
