writ of posseson
I have a loan on a piece of equipment that has been called due. the creditor has has has a writ of posseson issued. I have a real estate closing in 30 days that will allow me to pay the note. what legal means do I have to stop of hold the writ for 30 days? Is there something I can filr to ask the judge to grant me 30 days to pay the note?

Any such request should have been made with the court prior to the issuance of the writ.
