Legal Question in Health Care Law in Georgia
I am 20 years old. I have been in the US for 12 years since 1998. I recieved my greencard in 2006. I am 6 months pregnant and went to apply for pregnany medicaid nd was denied because my green card isnt 5 years old. I am a full time student, i do not work. I do not know what to do and when i calll the helath department they just say oh there is nothing i can do. am i suppose to just get an abortion because i can get prenatal care?

I recommend speaking with an immigration attorney about your options. There may be others out there. If you cannot afford an attorney, many religious organizations, law schools, and bar organizations offer free legal advice.
