assisted living contract
I signed a PREDATED contract to my wife to go into an assisted living home, is the contract legal in Georgia? Can I back out before the date of the contract?

Re: assisted living contract
Contracts are pre- or post-dated all the time, for various reasons. Even if it is by mistake, it is often considered a de minimus issue. No one here can tell you if a contract is valid based on one sentence. The first place to start as far as backing out is what the contract says about cancellation.
