Legal Question in Health Care Law in Georgia
Tell me about the Bakers law. If I see a judge and she is taken for help and they determine how bad she needs help will they help her by keeping her for help or only hold 72 hours?

There is NO Baker's law in Georgia. That is a Florida law. It has no applicability whatsoever in this state.
