Legal Question in Health Care Law in Georgia
I had a car accident on 2/4/16 and had to have injections due to damage to disk in my neck. They were doing good until Monday 7/3/17. I went to the ER because I was in pain and couldn't get a doctors appointment. Will I be able to go back and sue for new medical bills that I will occur due to damages done to my body during the wreck?

You should be asking the lawyer you should have hired in February 2016. If you already settled, the answer is no. If you haven't settled, the answer is maybe, but you lose ALL rights in about half a year so update your lawyer.
Note that on average, people who don't promptly hire PI lawyers in injury cases average at least 80% less than people who did, and many unrepresented claimants get zero.
