Legal Question in Health Care Law in Georgia
I saw a doctor months ago that charged me 700 dollars for 5 steroid shots, termadol and Xanax. All one month prescriptions. He gave me an MRI Rx too. The next month I went back the place was vacant. I got my MRI as needed but months later I found him. I called and told them I'm his patient and was told they do not have any of my paperwork on file. They moved without notice. Their number just rang and rang then would hang up. Can I sue this doctor?

Sue for what? Your post is not clear at all, and looks like it has nothing to do with health care law (a dispute with a doctor over money is not "health care law"). If you post again, tell us exactly what you paid for, and what the doctor did not provide, or whatever it is you think you can sue for. If you are asking whether you can sue because the doctor moved and did not answer the phone, no.
