Legal Question in Health Care Law in Georgia
an employee from my dr's office shared some of my medical information with my employer. what can i do.

Maybe nothing. Maybe a lot. You failed to tell us what they shared and why.
There are times a doctor can share information (example: a worker's comp claim, family leave case, etc) and other times where there may be significant penalties, depending on what was shared. Since you chose to leave out every detail, there's no way to answer you.
