Legal Question in Health Care Law in Georgia
I went to the er after having a dirt bike accident. I told the doc my collar bone and ribs were broken ankle possibly and hand. He xray my collar bone only after telling me i was no doctor and couldnt possibly know what was wrong with me. He also refused to xray anything else gave me tramadol and sent me home. the following day i went to another er had a broken collar bone three broken ribs and internal bruising. was given morphine and treated like i should be. Do i have a case angainst the other hospital
