Legal Question in Health Care Law in Georgia

I have a phobia against spiders and last week I purchased strawberrys and when I opened the container to grab some strawberries I see a big brown venoumou spider alive, moving around. This nearly took my life away because I am terrified of spiders and it was really big.

I'm sure that may have been scary to you, but it does not present a legal question. (No you did not win the lottery and you have no grounds for a suit.) You may wish to seek medical counseling for your phobia, as you are going to encounter spiders with some regularity in your life.
