Legal Question in Health Care Law in Georgia
Hi, My reproductive clinic told me that my insurance company is asking them for a refund for services they paid for which they should not have. My insurance company cancelled my cobra and I was unaware for weeks and apparently they were anaware also but they paid the bill anyways.
Who is responsible now for the $1800 dollars owed. I now have Medicaid and they do not cover these services.

No one here knows the terms of your insurance, the service provided, the reason it was not covered, etc. - you did not include any of these details. Read your agreements and policies, and call the insurers to discuss. If you received uncovered services, you are likely responsible.
