Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia
1990 Visa
Good evening, the purpose of my communication is to make a question about my visa, I have one that was issued on Jan 9, 1990, it has a legend that says ''Embassy of the United States of America, Mexico DF, Mexican Border Crossing Identification Card and B1/B2 Visa, Nonimmigrant visa, To: Bearer(s), Valid Indefinitely For Multiple Applications for Admission To The United Satates as a Temporary Visitor For Business or Pleasure''. It is printed in blue, red and green colors and on my previous passport and shows no expiration date. I can send a copy to any email you indicate. My question is, is it still a valid visa to enter the US as a tourist visitor or I need to go update or get a new one?
In advance thank you very much for your attention and kind answer.
