Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia
My 16 yrs old daughter is here in the US illegally, she did not come in on a visa, but she's been here before she was 2 yrs. Can I file for her here without she going home?

You should hire a Georgia immigration attorney BEFORE you file anything or take any action on behalf of your daughter.
Best of luck.******The above is for informational purposes and does not create an attorney-client privilege.*******
As stated above, you absolutely must hire an immigration attorney to assist you otherwise your daughter may very well be facing deportation.
You are able to file for her if you are a permanent resident or US citizen. You may need to apply for a waiver as your daughter entered (though no fault of her own) the US illegally.
