Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia
adjustment of status denial
I just got denied for my adjustment of status and dont understand why. What should I do next. Do I have a chance of getting legal after I get denied?

I could not tell you why, but it would help if a attorney could find out: then you can decide whether to appeal the decision or file a new application. You still have a chance of become legal, but use a good attorney this time.
