Baby 's father is about to be deported

Im pregnant and an U.S. citizen. But the daddy is'nt. Could our child be the reason he can stay in the U.S.

Having a child who is a U.S. citizen does not change the status of the parent. You need to consult an immigration attorney to determine whether your husband may qualify for any relief from deportation.
