Dear Sir/Madam,

I have lived in the USA for the last 16 years. I always had a valid employment authorization card under INS act 210 (Special Agricultural Programme, SAW). Though i had a valid card, I was sent back to bangladesh fro JFK in 2002. I have travelled to Bahamas, and Bangladesh in 1996, 1997 and returned to the USA without any problem. I have paid a certain fees to renew my card to Atlanta INS office every time I have visited for the last 16 years. I've paid my taxes regularly. I've worked for Lucent Technoligies. I've graduated from southern polytechnic state university in electrical engineering. the second half of my statement will be mailled to you right way

It seems that you had accrued unlawful presence and therefore triggered a reentry bar when you left the country. Had ou never consulted an immigration attorney on this matter? And how did you obtain the work card? email questions so that I can fully respond to [email protected]
