Change Birth Date

Hi,

I need to change the birth date on my passport and everything else. I just got my birth certificate from my country that has the correct birth date. Where can i go to fix this or how can i fix it?

Dear Inquirer:

If you have previously used an incorrect birthdate on any applications for US Government benefits, including immigration, you must be very cautious as to how you go about "changing" the date without exposing yourself to a fraud investigation.
