Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia
I'm a U.S citizen that got married to a non U.S. citizen who came to the U.S. with a visitor's visa. I have some questions about form I-485. We got her Birth certificate, her visa photocopy and 2 pictures ready to send with this form. Are there any other forms that we need to send? I read something about Criminal Records but she didnt bring this with her and it would be difficult to get from her country while she is staying in the U.S now! Any info will be much appreciated!

There are lots of other forms & documents: I-130, I-765, affidavit of support, G325As (refer to the instructions for each). You may want to check the USCIS website, call USCIS or have an attorney review your forms before you send them in.
