Filing an I-485 has no cap. Therefore, you may file it as soon as an immigrant number is available to you. Being approved for an I-130 is not the same as having a visa number available to you.

Hi,
Since your priority date is current, and there is no visa cap applicable with adjustment of status, and since you are covered under sec. 245(i), the I-485 can be filed now.
