Dui
If I have a DUI charge, do I have to include it on my citizenship application. If so does that affect me getting the citizenship?

Re: Dui
Yes, it should be more than 5 years since your DUI and you'll need to add plenty of good moral character evidence in addition to your application.
Re: Dui
If you have a DUI charge you will need to include it on your application for naturalization. You will need to submit a copy of the court paper work on the DUI. One DUI should not impact your application, but you will want to show that you have complied with the terms of the DUI and that you have good moral character. You may want to consult an attorney before filing for a review of your application. If I can be of further assistance please let me know.
