dui on criminal record

Would the Saudi Consulate in Washington DC issue an employment visa to someone who has one DUI (misdemeanour, disposition: dismissed) on their record? Nothing else on record.

I do not believe that the Saudi Consulate in Washington, DC issues employment visas, unless you are talking about a diplomat visa either an A or G visa status. Not sure exactly what you are asking, but that Consulate would not be able to issue an employment authorization to work in the U.S. That can only be issued by the U.S. government.
