Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia
I am right now on F-1 visa OPT EAD(expires later next year). Can I work as contractor on 1099 and if I can work, will there any issues while filing H-1 next year.
Note:By the time I file H-1 I will make sure I will get on w2 for a company
