My family in law is in danger in Mexico im a citizen, can I do somenthing for them?

Unfortunately, you cannot petition "in-laws". If your spouse is a U.S. citizen, s/he could petition for his/her parents or siblings (however, siblings over 21 &/or married take much longer to get their immigrant visas).
There are other avenues, such as political asylum (which is difficult to prevail in, for most cases), or business based immigration (such as investment in a U.S. business or being petitioned by a U.S. employer, assuming they meet the education or other requirements for an H-1B or TN visa).
If your in-laws have a potential qualified petitioner, you should speak with an experienced immigration attorney about their options.
